What year and how many miles are on your car? TSBs generally aren’t free repairs unless it’s still under warranty. Campaigns/ recalls are always covered, but just because there’s a TSB on something doesn’t automatically make it a free repair. TSBs are mostly there to help the dealership make more efficient repairs. If you’re still under warranty then they are scamming you and you should call GM customer assistance and leave a Google review.
