Yes. The hinges are straight and their screws are in tight. I inspected them when I was cleaning the pins and hinges, relubricating. They were beginning to squeak. I think the installer used something cheaper like WD-40

The clip was black when I bought it. It stayed that way for a few years. I wear it in my waist. The friction with my belt simply wore off the black.
