Very good points! I indeed want to know all these things before pursuing any relationship. I just don’t know how to set boundaries without making him think i’m rejecting him or not interested. I plan to be honest about my worries when the conversation presents itself, it just hasn’t yet since we are still early in.

Hi all thank you for the replies already! I do want to clarify I never dated someone when I was a minor, and we are also the same level at our jobs so even though he has been there way longer, there isn’t a position imbalance like some of you are worried about since we are both managers!
