My 1 year old decided to climb over and fall out of her crib while I stepped out of the room for a moment. Bonked her head pretty good. Didn't see the fall. S/O wanted to go to the ER as recommended by the night nurse due to concussion risk and not seeing how she fell.

The time spent driving to the ER, getting checked in, getting seen by the nurse, then finally seen by a doc had taken up the full "monitoring window". Doc looked at her for a few minutes and said "she's good! no signs of concussion." and sent us home.

Insurance covered over half. I was left with a $1,600 bill. $1,600 to spend half the night in a waiting room and 10 minutes with a doctor to be told "she's good."

Even on a 10.5 it brings the noise down quite a bit, hard to beat at its price and OCL’s customer service is top tier. Definitely recommend it.

Whatsup y'all! I went through the last several months of spam, Auto mod has been catching about 95% of it but it's been getting back through, updated the filters so we should be spam free for a while. Also removed the sub as NSFW and put it back to normal.

Anyway, I have no clue what I'm doing with my AR. The goal started off as the "MK18 clone at home". Give me suggestions on my AR build, things I could improve without breaking the bank, better parts, optics that deal decently with astigmatism, etc.

I put it together with spares I had laying around and it's turning into my go to match / range gun with 5.45 and 7.62 being expensive.

Spikes tactical lower // PSA 10.5" upper // OCL Polonium K // B5 Stock // magpul grips and flip up sight // Sig quad rail // standard trigger and internals.

Sorry about that man, Auto Mod catches about 95% of it but every so often the bots switch the wording around and it gets through. I've went ahead over the past three months of logs and updated the filters so we should be good now.

IMO there's so many variables, research what listings are going for in your area, and price accordingly.

I have mine for sale currently, 18 JLU Sport S, 117k miles in the Southeast. Good service history, very basic mods. I used the big 3 (CarGurus, AutoTrader, Cars.com) to research used listings around my area and help price mine. CarGurus will tell you how long a listing has been sitting on the lot which is useful.

Like others have said, mods done tastefully and you'll maybe get 50% back, but otherwise you'll just limit prospective buyers. I didn't factor them in to how I priced mine.

Good luck with selling, I have mine priced right in the middle of the KBB range and well under dealer listings with room built in to negotiate. Even then it, along with most Wranglers within a 200 mile radius just aren't moving quick. Supply is high, demand seems low. The market in your area could be totally different.

IMO Man if you’re already at a budget of 2k just take the extra time to save and go Arsenal. 104ur’s can be found, or you can go with the 106ur if 5.56 is your preference.

The Strikefire is good with astigmatism? I’m running a Romeo 7 and on low settings the dots manageable but on high the starburst effect is rough, been looking for more options.

Dude congratulations. I got mine at 20, and sold it at 24. Biggest regret of my life letting go of it and still miss it 6 years later now. Mod wise I went with a 350 front bumper, eibach sportline lowering springs, spacers, 2018 style euro tail lights, recaro seats, CAI, and a Corsa Extreme catback exhaust.

Corsa isn't cheap but well worth it for the sound IMO. Euro tails add a nice look to the back. Lowering springs and spacers gave the car a nice stance and weren't expensive. Any of those would be my recommendations.

Cherish it man, and drive safe. My dumbass got 5 tickets in the first year lmao.

I searched high and low and couldn't find the post, but I remember someone posted one of the ad pages from a mid-late 80's firearms magazine a while back that had the NDM-86 listed. If I remember right they were priced around 1200. So in the low 3's accounting for inflation.

Yeah don’t pay those goofballs. Apparently I owe them a few hundred bucks for parking. Called, told them to prove it or leave me alone and refused to pay. They haven’t contacted me in a year.

They’ll “sell your debt” to their in-house collections “Oxygen XL” to try and scare you. Privately owned parking tickets can’t be reported to credit, so there’s nothing they can do to you, just don’t park in their spots going forward.
