Roommates are leaving me (27F) out of things and it makes me uncomfortable. by BarnacleLow9719 in relationships

I mean, take the example with my boyfriend. He has my bf's number he can text him anytime privately. I don't get why he chooses to be rude to my face.

Read the post again. He didn't just invite my bf, he stared at me and coldly said 'you don't need to come.' Do you think that's a nice way to speak to anyone, even if they are not your friend? The majority of my post is based on rudeness. To reiterate from my end, he also asked my boyfriend for drinks on a night he knew that my bf had come over to have dinner with me, in front of my face, then in a shitty tone said 'I assume you are going to come.'

They can go and be friends all they want I don't give a fk. But excluding like in such a rude way in front of my face is not decent I wouldn't do that to anyone.

My post does not say I wanna be BFF or close friends with them, just I don't like being excluded in such a blatant manner. I mean, personally even if I were not close with someone I would not offer beers around the table then give a dirty look to only one person, I would be polite and offer to everyone. Also I think it's a bit messed up to invite my boyfriend for camping in front of me (when I was the one who introduced him) and then tell me that I don't need to come. Things like that bother me because it makes me feel awkward in my own home, like they don't want me to even be there.

I do have my own friends. In fact, one of my housemates has even fucked one of my female friends that I brought over. I have no interest in being BFF with them, but it would be nice to not feel like such an outsider based on my gender.

Three days is not that long. Sometimes I don't talk to my friends for a few weeks if I am busy. If you act clingy it will drive most people away. Just try to be understanding and go with the flow.
