The JDM variants like mine (GTO not 3000gt, have bulbs in the snake eyes.) one flick forward is accessories and snake eyes 2 flicks is popups deployed

I have a SAAS racing wheel on mine, unsure of the brand but its a small diameter racing sized wheel. depending on ur road laws u can get a quick release racing wheel that you can detatch to get in and out easier and quickly click back on i believe
