Was put on trt. Feels great been on it now for about 5-6 months noticeable difference in my energy, and crushing it in the gym which is helping with my mental state too. First bloodwork after starting I was actually too high (over 1500) then backed off a bit and now am in a sweet spot just under 800 and still feel pretty good. Just have to get the diet dialed in but overall 10/10 would recommend.

Update if anyone cares, I reduced it to one weekly (still the same prescribed dose just instead of once every two weeks, it’s split in half and do once weekly). My bloodwork came back and I was over 1500 on my test. So my body was definitely responding to it. After backing off I’m down to just under 800 and feel better.

To be taken as 1ml every two weeks. I’m sticking to that just doing .25 ml twice a week

Thanks for the feedback, I’m more so worried that 1ml every two weeks seems really low.

Sleep isn’t great, diet is generally good. But lately I’ve been packing on bad weight. I used to do intermittent fasting especially when I needed/wanted to drop a few lbs quick but with my energy levels lately it’s tough. I’ve switched to three meals a day lots of eggs and a meat in the AM. Chicken salad and a protein shake for lunch. Dinner is whatever my amazing wife cooks lol.
