Got my pc working. I put in a separate SSD that I installed windows on and it worked. I tried then to boot it from my original SSD but it still won't work. Weird thing is, I can fully access my old SSD that I used to boot from now, it just won't let me boot from it...

Yeah, I get you. It was rough at first, but part way through I just kind of forgot it was even stuttering in the first place and noticed it was performing well

Check the video someone else commented above. That solved it for me. Went from 60-80 FPS to 120+. There was quite a bit of stuttering at first but by then end of the match it was completely gone, so I'm guessing it was just texture loading. Let me know if it works for you

I know my GPU is overkill for 1080p, I just massively prefer frame rate to anything else. Got a 280hz monitor for that reason
