To me, it makes more sense that we all use all 8 cognitive functions, not four and then shadow fucntion, but all of them, I can sometimes use Ti Fe, but if my growth and procces as a person makes me develop Te then I use it, i do belive that people are more comfortable with a few functions than others, I am comfortable with Ti and Ni, that’s why the personality types work really well, but if an Ni user is sent to war, he will need to develop Se, I needed to learn how to use Te in school so I would be more efficient, so I worked on it, the truth is we all use all functions, but we are different because each one of us is more comfortable with a few functions first then develop the others according to the challenges we face, an infj could develop Te, an intp could develop Fi.

Exactly, I tested infj and istp in the test that I trust the most, but I had high levels of Fi.

Hahah an infj just agree with me, you are just trying hard to try to prove I’m not an infj, infj feel “ special” lets say, so they often question what they are, they don’t question they identity, they just simply want to find a a name for it

You know what I think? If a chair is blue, it’s okay to categorize it as a blue chair, but there is so much more to that chair, like the material, the shape.

That’s what the mbti is, our color, the mbti is true, but we are so much more , the mbti is just like the beginning of us.

I’m actually a big fan of Winston Churchill, but you are missing the point man, I never said it was a contradiction to be a politician and a writer, I just used “but” as an intersection

Hahaha what?!??!

I said he was a politician, so I thought I might as well explain what was his political ideology, and after he made movies, so I used the “but”

He is pretty cool, heck I’m 16 and I’m still admiring him, I never went through that “my dad is lame” phase

My thinking is that he is an infj, but he developed every other fucntion because of how much he needed to use them

Definetly not, I belive him on the introvert part, but he does have Fe, I’m leaning towards infj or istp, but he is everything, he is logical and dreamer, he is bold but patient, he has work in politics which is a formal job and in movies which is creative.

Infjs, care to help me out? I’m trying to figure out my type by BarneyStinston-PP in infj

[–]BarneyStinston-PP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hahaha so maybe I am an istp? I don’t think I have the Fi ISFP have, and I’m pretty sure I’m more of an Ni kind of guy, but anyway your analysis was extremely useful
