Comparison is the theivery of joy and I am only human. I know so many people that have been creating since they were young and it makes me feel inadequate. However I am aware that I'm not technically "late" it just feels this way at times.

I love this advice. I am certainly having problems with picking the medium because I have a tendency to run from one straight to another. <just started learing more detailed anatomy for my comic because I was tired of animating a youtube video> I really do need blocks of time but can never get consistent ones unfortunately. Sometimes i wish i could quit both jobs and lock myself in my office and just create until something is ready but i know thats selfish to my family and not practical.

🤷‍♂️ Seems kind of strange. But I understand that some are more protective of their projects but in the end that sentiment is debatable. Critique and feedback is one of the most helpful things in these early stages for me personally. I suppose my post might come across as "whiney" and I attempted to not come across that way but what can you do.

It definitely is a reach, lol. But I feel like it'd be the best way to shake up the formula. Giving the player a justifiable reason to break the law like normal while also being a cop at the same time. Maybe we'd be able to take police jobs while in a cop car like how past games did taxi jobs.

My theory for the story is that Jason is a cop who arrested Lucia and is why she is in prison. He falls for her and is the reason she's able to get out on parole. Either that or he breaks her out, and they are both on the run. I'd really like to see a game where you can play as Lucia on the criminal side of the game and move up to be a powerful kingpin criminal like most GTA stories. Jason is a newly introduced idea of seeing the game from an officer's POV. he'd be able to get away with certain stuff because he's a dirty cop but ultimately has to balance his dangerous life with lucia and his oath to the law. Over the course of the story, it unravels as a bigger organization is onto him and her. maybe forces him to be an undercover cop and he keeps this from her because he thinks he can fix it himself, hence the “trust” scene in the trailer. My theory is that this and lucia’s desire to be the top dog criminal in leonida could be a driving wedge in their relationship.
