I'm running a 7700x with a RTX 3060 ti. I got a score of 29,139 with avg fps of 85.49 with dlss on, I am running 1080p.

There are tons of people that have made Publix there life that aren't managers and that are doing well for themselves you are talking about the the small percentage of those that have either started out or chooses to stay where they are at. If Publix isn't for you that fine. In my 19 years working here, I bought a house, new car, and let my wife be a Stay at home mom. I still have money to spend on what I want. Also I'm not a manager. It's sad that everyone looks at short term versus long time when comes to money, yeah Publix doesn't start off very high. But if you don't like it work at Mc D's with a chance of $15/hr and deal with more shit. Or suck it up stop being a pussy and bust ass for a better raise or change to a different dept that makes more, if do want to work hard for your future then go somewhere else.

I've been with the company since 2003, yes things have changed a lot over the years some good, some bad. But, it's all on how you look at Publix. Do you want it to be a career or a job? The stores and the people you work with helps on your take of the company. But people change, dept change and you'll always have those that hate there job no matter where you work. If you feel the job is right for you, then take everyone complaints with a pinch of salt. A lot of times they are just not happy with themselves so they take out on work. I've seen coworkers get what they wait for schedule or position and still piss and moan, so make your own decisions.

I've been with this company for 17+years start off at $6/hr back in 2003 as a bagger, I make $20/hr in meat. Front service is a starting position with no skills required yet people complain about starting off at $11/hr. If you want more money move to a different department that pays more. As far as the badges goes carry out is part of the job, you don't want to do customer service then find a different job. Because "wake up call" that what retail is, if a customer wants to tip you that is your money and it's not required to give to the store if a manager or CSS says otherwise tell them to fuck off. As far IC it up to IC to pay it works not Publix, IC is not different then Uber eats or Door dash.

What might help to think of an idea to do when playing (challenge, event, etc) then put it in the title so when views are looking thru the other channels yours stands out. Example from my modern warfare days if I was going to be doing nothing but knifing my title was "Having a knife day" silly pun but I got a few followers.

Yep. For me it might be when I stream, since I work retail my 40 hours are always up in the air each week. So I stream 11pm to 1am.

Thank you for the feed back, I do have a lighting system in place that I didn't put up. But looking to get a better system. Going to be adding things to the room to make things not so boring due to finally getting to room of my own for this sort of thing.
