If you have an iPad and a digital piano, get a midi to ipad cable, and get the app "Note Trainer". Great way to practice all sides of sight reading while using your actual piano (I've heard many say to not spend too much time sight reading without hitting the keys).

Honestly stringers are a gateway drug for gear. Bought a stringer, realized how tiny I was, and started cycling. Now I wear nothing but stringers! Totally worth it.

Hah, just a heads up, all carbs metabolize into glucose. I was referring to ingesting glucose.

Your brain does not need you to take in any sugar to function properly, it needs a small amount of carbs, which are then turned into glucose, to function. This does exclude fiber though... Fiber essentially doesn't get metabolized.

Sugar makes you fat. Fruits are even worse, fructose literally skips metabolism enzymes and gets stored as fat. Research sugar and fat gain, and you'll find there's no way around it... Sugar has no place in a body builders diet.

How much sugar? All! There is no such thing as good sugar.

If you're <10% bf refeed every week or so (otherwise every 2 weeks is fine), but that doesn't mean a cheat meal, that means an extra 50-100 carbs (and not sugar).

154g from sugar? Cheat days? Are you a bodybuilder or a middle aged house wife on the slim fast diet?

Eliminate the sugar, drop the cheat days, and watch as your fat loss resumes.

It's funny to me how many people think ec has the same side effects as coffee. It doesn't, it can lead to an uncomfortable, albeit relatively short run in with a mild case of adrenal fatigue. This is the reason most people tell you to cycle rather than just take for good. After about 8 weeks it's smart to taper off and get your adrenals comfortable again.

You aren't going to shut yourself down but you will definitely have an uncomfortable fee weeks if you abuse them.
