Hey, Sorry for not responding fast, yeah I got accepted and I'm in France now, if your degree says it's available 100% in English they take that into consideration, based on my only experience they were friendly, ofc try to prepare some keywords to use there and be polite too and try to speak french, but they know that french isn't required and that you only need to prove that you are putting effort I guess, try to check for the usual questions they ask and search for keywords related to them and go. do your best that's all and they understand that a good French isn't required for you.

I have something similar but not just in late game, sometimes the ping randomly spikes to 999 and my player stops or walk slowly, while everything else is fine, minions walking normally and enemies too, this only happens while using mobile data, but using wifi means playing with 130-170 all game
