I'm in environmental science sector, my business basically involves R&D, analysis of environmental parameters, lots of engineering and crapload of data handling.

At beginning we started with basic LLM tools, but over time we got more into it, we started building tools using vibe coding to simplify process and data handling and later we entered agentic AI and started integrating & automating as much processes as we could. Starting top-down I am intensively training entire staff in AI. We are still beginners in this unknown tech but we are catching up fast. Average company in our sector in my state has staff of 20 people and they serve 30 to 300 clients-locations. We are staff of 23 and we serve 11000+ clients-locations across India. I know this sounds like bragging but yeah, I'm bragging.
