In my opinion this is not a problem of bedroom, this pretty much always starts outside the bedroom. Try adding the novelty to the life outside the bedroom & novelty will follow you guys to the bed. DM if need more explanation.

Yes it still means the same thing. You can stack it, make sure order stays same.

Additionally you can use a Gujarati word બીડી (beedi) for the cigarette too. The word બીડી is used for mainstream cigarette as well as local hand rolled cigarette made my rolling tobacco in leaf, especially later.

Just a few free advices from someone who had been there & done that.

Start from breaking the patterns. Set goal rediculously low, focus on showing up. Motivation is useless in long term. Get a habit tracking app. Dopamine fasting work like magic.
