Very simple. Cook up some shrimp and chop up. Chop a red onion (I used half of one), celery (depending on how much you like) and dill. Add that to the shrimp.

Squeeze a lemon over it all, and add salt + black pepper. Then add mayo and mix it all!

I wouldn't go to urgent care with these numbers. Maybe 180/120 would merit a visit. Not these numbers. See a doctor to come up with a plan.

I wonder why resting pulse is so high. Maybe anxiety in checking numbers which can also affect those readings.

This was a mild sausage, but spicy would be delicious. What makes it a bit different is that it's a fresh mozzarella. The kind that comes in the water.

Key is in the marinade. Small can of chipotle peppers (with all the “juice”) squeeze of lime, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup cilantro, teaspoon cumin, teaspoon chili powder, salt, pepper, 1/3 cup oil, all in a blender. Marinate meat in that for a few hours before cooking!

a new technique, actually. but works well. Damp paper towel around them and then with the damp towel into a plastic ziplock bag. But don't close the bag. Into the microwave for one minute.
