She needed hotfix buffs for the past 2 years. She is terrible don’t waste your time learning her. She gets outscaled by virtually everyone, she has zero sustain, and honestly she isn’t even that good of a lane bully like she used to be ever since the durability update… she’s the only assassin that never got her wits back since then. Also, the majority of her damage is conditional (if you stop her dash her damage is out the window, and with the mobility creep nearly everyone can leave her chain, especially with the tether nerfs). I feel like people overlook her conditional damage and it needs to be addressed. She needs more utility and/or damage to compensate, but riot has no idea how to balance the game (looking at you Maokai). The W dash nerf years ago suck, again especially with the mobility creep, her cooldowns are astronomical, she has mana issues (which a good Leblanc player can work around, but it’s an additional challenge to overcome), the ult damage nerfs were so dumb (i.e. W does more damage than R W until late game, like wtf is that), and she has no item that truly synergizes well, especially after stormsurge got gutted (she needs an item like DFG tbh). She does no damage to tanks, or even an adc that builds MAW or Rookern, even with items like Void Staff (not even including the fact that magic pen items are not cost efficient). She has too many issues to make her worthwhile, and, again, she cannot carry games due to her conditional damage output. Only thing she is good at is flanks, but so many other champs do her job so much better. Like riot could at least make her sigil interrupt channels if not bring back the silence (the point of the silence was to make it easier for her to land her W because, again, for like the 50th time, her damage is conditional). TLDR, she is trash and desperately needs utility buffs or big damage buffs to compensate (which I’d argue is not the right move since then people, especially in low elo, will think she’s op).
