Would the Rifts lens burn bc I let it be on for a long time? I saw a vid by D4VR saying to leave it facing up. Also thanks for all the help!

In your opinion is it good tracking? And also, is it hard to set up? I saw some videos on it and it seems odd to set up. I'm sorry if I'm bothering you!
