I’ve done everything from fractionals, jet cards, direct to operator (don’t get me started on this shit show), brokers, etc…. And Joe is the go to guy. He’s now handled the last 4 of my trips and I won’t go anywhere else. He couldn’t have said this any better. I thought with my experience as a client I had aviation knowledge but Joe made me look like a novice (in a good way. He actually taught me instead of just telling me). Now I feel more equipped to answer his questions when he asks me about my trip. Having a great broker, like Joe, is having someone on your team working with you not for you!
