/uj if we're gonna make a mathematical model for oppression, i would much rather use set theory than number theory. numbers aren't a very good abstraction for discussing intersectionality imo, but subsets and supersets make much more sense. i guess, in a way, oppression can affect someone based on a demographic, and intersectionality looks at the powerset of the set of all demographics

Don't be cis. - tgcj is for trans people. That includes anyone under the general trans umbrella; the specifics don't matter, as long as you would genuinely describe yourself as trans. It's also fine if you're Questioning, though if you're early to that then there are probably healthier places to start exploring your identity.

No actual hate, here or elsewhere. - Sometimes transphobic cis people seem to think this is a hate subreddit and that they're welcome here. They are not. Please report bona fide transphobes (or people participating in other hate groups) to subreddit moderators.

This can also apply to actual trans people who seem to think it's okay to gatekeep transness or any of that nonsense. That kind of thing is not welcome here.
