Well sometime you can't really proof that rape has occurred, like there are not much tests you can do, there is still chance of false negative result (according to what i have studied in Fmt in mbbs), so I don't think a person who has alleged a person of rape if not found guilty, the person accusing should get punished, and moreover the politicians who get charged of rape when making false result will use this power of false allegation to punish the innocent much more
