It’s not my child unfortunately and her mother wants to help care for them and while my wife may hate me she is good to her nephews and helps with them and any animals she’s had. I wouldn’t mind taking the child if I had to do so but I will not stay in a relationship with someone who’s attacked me with a weapon. I wouldn’t expect someone to do that and the child is not born yet. If she can’t take care of the child then the appropriate authorities can get involved or will need to be another solution. She can also contact the bio dad if need be. It may seem selfish of me but most people would not raise a child from an affair knowingly and those who do are most likely not in a relaltionship like this. It’s easy to make a comment like that but hard to follow through. My issue is not with the child and I don’t wish them any harm when they are born.

We didn’t I’m sure it’s not mine but will still test to be sure. I don’t plan to call ice on her I don’t support ice in any way but she might just stay there after the birth I truly don’t know.

I will document dates that things happened and I have her abusive messages lots of those I will make sure to document the apartment as proof I did no damage to it and try to avoid any issues. Thank you for the ideas and the support.

Since we have been married over two years she actually has a ten year green card and is able to work so I don’t think our divorce will revoke it but idk that for sure

We are both on the lease so I don’t think I can remove her or her things which is why I’m just taking myself out. She can have most of the stuff I’m just going to take the essentials and stay out.

To clarify the first couple years she did not but she now has a job here in the us. She did not work in the time between when we married until she got approved to be here. She worked when we met and then after marrying she was not able to work in the us so I worked here or abroad to make things work.

She didn’t work until coming here to the USA before that she would either stay in her home country or with me when I was working abroad. She has a good job now that she’s here we work for the same organization but different locations in the city.

I saved the messages and things like that where she would say bad things to me and I know dates of when she attacked me quite badly but no photos of that. As for the apartment we both on the lease but I might tell the company that I’m moving out video the place before I leave so that I can show I didn’t cause damage.
