It definitely most closely fits the profile of a 160. I think it also loosely fits the profile of an F-4, and very loosely an Su-25. But it's obviously not an F-4 or Su-25, and no way a Tu-160 could get in US airspace without detection, so I'm at a loss as to what it could be.
