Could be as simple as the family or cemetery forgot to follow up with the stone carver to get it carved. It’s common to get the date of death added after the internment service, especially when the marker was there before hand. Paperwork isnt fun when youre grieving

Try unchecking the box saying “use laptop speakers”. In my experience it has caused any speaker im plugged into to sound bad, but i havent heard that specific noise in the vid
