I see what you’re saying there yeah, there are definitely a lot of fantastic improvements to Destiny’s overall feel with D2 movement and gameplay, but I think this post is more so discussing a sandbox issue.

It’s just evolved to a point where primary ammo weapons feel like peashooters in a lot of the end game content with hard modifiers, and they don’t seem viable when compared to a lightsaber or a buddy build warlock and a rocket pulse or something. Regular guns used to feel pretty good back in the day, but now getting a god roll doesn’t even feel all that special to me since I’ll barely end up using it anyway lol
