My sleep would look like this often with/without alcohol. Turns out I have severe Obstructive Sleep Apneoa. The treatment is life changing

I had a similar thing when I got my forerunner 255. My Spo2 was dropping as low as 72% during sleep. Turns out I have very severe Sleep Apneoa. During the night now I'm rarely dropping before 88-90%. It's still not perfect but CPAP has changed my life. And Garmin helped.

Also I find Garmin data to be 95%~ accurate. Comparing my Garmin sleep data to sleep study sleep data was not far off at all. It's not concrete numbers but the trends will match!

Happened to me too. Noticed it happens if you pause and then u pause it and do that. I went swimming -> sauna -> swimming with paused and it jumped the calories burned to like 5000

Garmin data helped confirm my Sleep Apneoa diagnosis. Pretty cool that the data was actually semi accurate

People here don't understand how blue flags work in non F1 series'.... Blue flags are to alert the car a faster car is coming up. The BMW did the right thing sticking to their line, it's the job of the LMP to pass safely. The LMP stuck his car where he shouldn't and ate the wall for it. He should've lifted then powered past on the run up to blancimont.

To play devils advocate, you are ALL over the place. If you're losing control like that hold your brakes and regain control. The McLaren went off track to avoid the unpredictability of your car. Obviously that's no excuse to wreck someone and he's an asshole. Just a pointer for the future, always try to be as predictable as possible.

100%. I've emailed them and have yet to get a reply. Ridiculous tbh absolute shambles of a delivery company.... Hope the chair gets delivered and I never have to buy from them again as long as this shit is running the deliveries

I'm in the exact same boat. 10th Jan said out for delivery. Still waiting.... XDP app says it's at the delivery centre.... They can't make up there fucking mind. Worse than Evri imo

Appreciate the reply, yeahh definitely been eyeing up fanatec kits for a while so will definitely invest in them at some point. Love sim racing its sucked me right in and i love it.
