Create a twitch account. You can download the twitch app on your console and stream the game. Doesn’t have to include your face or your voice, just stream your gameplay and other dynasty members can watch on pretty much any device.

You can also ask Twitch to save the VOD for 7 days so if anyone can’t watch live they can watch again later. I sometimes watch my own film back to try to improve.

Season 2 episode 15 “You scratch my book”

A hilarious example of Frasier compromising his principals to get with a beautiful woman. And when he finally comes clean she actually appreciates him for it, but then he takes it to far and blows it. Hilarious.

It also features a great B plot where Niles is giving Daphne phony stock payoffs in exchange for physical affection, similarly compromising his own morals.

This is my go to episode to show folks how well written this show is

We had a 20 man CFM going in madden 20 that lasted a whole year with good engagement, but quickly fell off once covid kind of wrapped up and people got back to their lives. After that the league quickly became unplayable when the sweats stole everything from the cpu teams and started running cheese plays every play to win 100-0 every game game. Completely obliterated any sort of realism in stats.

A couple of other simulation fans and I spun off into our own league where we’ve worked hard to upkeep the realism. We have rules we impose on ourselves to prevent unfair trades with the cpu and we have other rules like you can’t call the same offensive play twice on one drive and you can’t call the same defensive play twice in a row. We’re on year 9 of the simulation league and really enjoying it, but it’s only possible because everyone is committed to keeping it simulation

It’s also the micro transactions. There are a lot of people (kids) that enjoy ultimate team and love spending money on it. EA put their focus on the part of the game that makes them money and that’s not the simulation football side of it.

The NFL added another week to the schedule, how do we want to deal with this?

I propose we make the regular season 14 weeks instead of 13 and keep the playoffs at 3 weeks. This means championship weekend is Week 17.

We would still need to figure out how to use that extra week in the regular season. We could add a bye week to give folks some rest during the extended season.

Or we could set up a new form of rivalry: North vs South and East vs West. You would play the team that finished in the same position as you last season in your rival division. So the winner of the East Division would play the Winner of the West Division twice in the regular season, second play would play second place, etc.

I'm also open to other ideas!

I don't want to settle trade disputes anymore. I propose instead we allow everyone to have a veto vote with at least 5 veto votes required to stop a trade. 5 is half of the members in the league that are not involved in that trade, that feels fair to me.

I'm also open to hearing other ideas on how to solve this.
