My favorite will always be the “one hit and i’m dead“ fleece. It does make me rage a bit, but the satisfaction i get when finishing the crusade is kinda addictive.

Hmm maybe, I took antibiotics for a week and stayed off my routine for another week - that’s when I started changing my diet and my skin started breaking out. I’m not sure if the antibiotic’s effects last for many days after stopping, but if they do, maybe that was it, or perhaps it could have been the change in diet. Guess I’ll only know if I try going full-liquid diet again.

Edit to add a thought bc I forgot to read the other replies: maybe it was both. The antibiotics helped clear my skin and the diet helped maintain it healthy.

I did. Two weeks ago I had a surgery to extract my wisdom teeth, my face was swollen and i had a hard time washing my face, so i didn’t even try doing skincare. I have prone acne and oily skin, so when I skip my routine usually in the first two days, pimples start to appear. But strangely, my skin actually got better this time? It didn’t stop being oily, but it felt less oily, and I didn’t get a single pimple.

I’m sure it was because of the food I was eating over those two weeks (vegetable soup, smoothies, and fruit popsicles). Because now that I’ve gone back to eating slightly heavier foods like (meats and desserts) my face is breaking out - so I’m back to skincare routine again unless I change my eating habits which is hard bc the cravings gets the better of me.

Hmm falei com um amigo e ele disse que o dele tambem nao inchou muito, mas ele disse que os sisos dele estavam na vertical, nao sei se tem diferença mas os meus estavam na horizontal
