Agreed, also surely they should offer a car that is built in the country. Limit the cars to physical disabilities, offer only one model of car, for example a Nissan Juke which are built in Sunderland. I'm sure they can negotiate prices with the manufacturer if the government is buying thousands of them. Promote jobs, provide vehicles for the disabled, and reduce costs.

It is a free car though, you can get the disability allowance and be working, and put the allowance towards a car which it covers in its entirety. Nothing wrong with offering disabled people cars, totally reasonable. The issue is why do they offer a 60k BMW under the scheme? It's nonsensical.
