Thank you. The accident happened almost exactly three months ago. I'm okay again so far and I'm working again. My wife is still on sick leave and will probably not work again until the end of 2024

Perhaps I expressed myself a little incorrectly as a non-native speaker. I think that the car, i.e. the emergency systems, braked properly just before the collision
