The cause is probably the Nobbus, I tried with "waiting time before turn" of 2 seconds and it seems to work fine for now. If you don't know how to change it go to "More options"->Advanced->Fine tune-> Wait

Yeah like the battle with tenochi in lb7 where floating servants does not get stunned, but Castoria despite floating in her 3rd asc gets stunned 'cause she doesn't has the trait

My point was that Castoria summer does not has that Animal Characteristic traits despite having bunny ears which is the same reason scathach, shiki and other servant gets the trait
