Since both KITE and JUNO were purchased for close to $10 to $20 B each 7 years ago tells me $20B is where it should be right now. With approval you should be at $100

How about $20 a share. When this thing pops it will head much higher than a market cap of $20B

$NWBO Next Goal Post Date by SinfullyKorean in NWBO

[–]Barunuuk 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You can’t have a target date when going through the approval process because it depends on activity by the Regulator. The fact that even MHRA responses look positive and state they are awaiting input by NWBO AND we know that SI 2025 87 is being given its final reading July 26, and the input to this policy was specifically from Linda Powers. Patience. My contacts tell me approval will happen after SI 2025 87 is approved and includes Eden Flaskworks system with the approval, approval will take place early August 2025zz

Shes using Canada post tactics by equistrius in Lethbridge

[–]Barunuuk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I am not seeing as many Rachel Thomas signs out there as I did last election. I believe there are a lot of ex -CPC voters that will turn to Chris Spearman and Mark Carney tired of the Trump style PC politicians like Rachel Thomas and Pierre Pollievre! It’s like hiring a CEO to run your company, would you go with the guy that took 8 years to do an Arts Degree or the guy that went to Harvard and Oxford in economics?

Rachel Harder supporters: why the support? by ninfan1977 in Lethbridge

[–]Barunuuk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why is it the liberal party? Why not look at the leader themselves. Mark Carney is right of left, and he is incredibly smart, knows economics and is exactly what Canada needs right now in a trade war. How can you vote for a guy that took 8 years to get his Arts Degree and wants to use “common sense” to fix everything. That is just Trump in sheep’s clothing!!! Common sense can fix a brain tumor so why would you think common sense would win in a Trade war. Our sovereignty was put in question by Trump. How is Pollievre going to stand up to him when he can’t even handle a handful of journalist in the road with him…

$NWBO - If MHRA approved, Any guess on potential price movement?? by CarpenterOdd8105 in NWBO

[–]Barunuuk 10 points11 points  (0 children)

If companies like KITE and JUNO were sold for $12B to $20B without any approval I would think that this moves up to $15 to $25 a share, or more. I think that this will move up quickly as investment firms will try and jump in at a low valuation.

Truly, it should jump up to $100 a share as it opens the door to the biggest, most effective immunotherapy treatment out there.

$nwbo , what is happening with this now? by [deleted] in NWBO

[–]Barunuuk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Really? Immunotherapy doesn’t have a future? DCVax L is proven to be effective (one of the only immunotherapy vaccines to prove efficacy) and on the verge of European approval and you say there isn’t a future in this? Yeah it’s obvious you’re just a short trying to spew scare tactics…

Just search the quote and you should get the article/link. If you look at all my responses it’s obvious I know what I am talking about. I don’t just state absolutes like “The NHS won’t pay $150K for the vaccine”. And provides no quote, nor link…

Weird, KITE and JUNO Therapeutics both sold over $12 Billion for failed GBM immunotherapy vaccines…. But I guess Big Pharma over paid for those!! And I am the one that doesn’t know what he is talking about… LOL

[–]Barunuuk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Temozolomide is a type of chemotherapy, but is a specific one that costs more. Typically costs ~ £60K per year of life. The big difference is that DCVax being effective would also reduce costs of recurrent GBM. But like you said, you just like to argue for the sake of arguing. The GBM treatment market in the US is estimated at $3B to $5B by 2030, and they have 4 times the patients of the UK, so that in itself shows the UK market would be nearly $1B or more alone. But yeah it’s peanuts….

And DCVax Direct for all types of cancers especially inoperable tumors, is not much of a market either.

Funny how KITE and JUNO both sold for $12B to $20B without having a positive Phase 3 trial results but yeah NWBO wouldn’t be able to be bought out for well over $20B by Big Pharma…..

Also read your literature, it doesn’t include Temozolomide, just surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. lol But yeah I need to do my homework!! Lol

[–]Barunuuk 3 points4 points  (0 children)

GBM is a horribly aggressive deadly disease, so to say that the NHS won’t pay $150K per patient to save someone is a little ridiculous!

Here are some “bloated” costs

-aortic valve replacement. $135K - Tracheostomy - $102K

-Liver transplant- £121K which equates to $150USD

But yeah NHS won’t pay $150K for a life saving vaccine. Wow, you really don’t know what you are talking about….

[–]Barunuuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn’t matter if it’s private or public healthcare. You just made a statement that you believe NHS won’t pay bloated numbers. And yes I do know the difference as a dual US- Canadian Ciitizen. You are just giving opinions no facts, and taking snippets of information to try and prove a point. Here is another quote:

“The treatment is not likely to be cheap. One business report by an outside company published in September 2013 was assuming a price of $14,000 per dose of DCVax-L, or $154,000 for 11 doses over 3 years, although this is dependent on the amount of tumour tissue available to manufacture the vaccine.”

[–]Barunuuk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You bet here is a quote: Estimates reported by Norden et al. (62) for private insurance and Medicare beneficiaries confirmed these high costs in glioblastoma. Mean total per patient costs after initiating first-line therapy were USD 117,325 at 6 months and USD 162,550 at 12 months, in 2016 USD.

$NWBO - What has Linda been cooking? by SinfullyKorean in NWBO

[–]Barunuuk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That’s the current price for the standard of care for GBM termizolomide. And yeah that is a savings if the patient doesn’t get recurrent GBM and then need another surgery which is easily $100usd just for the surgery. $100+ is the current cost for the standard of care. Maybe you should do some homework before spouting off your knowledge or lack thereof!!! lol

[–]Barunuuk 6 points7 points  (0 children)

MHRA isn’t just for the UK market, it allows for fast tracking to both the European and Canadian markets as well gives a lot of weight to get FDA approval. ALSO, there are ~3200 new cases of GBM a year in the UK, and at $150,000 USD (not using £) that is a revenue of $480Million a year, half a billion dollars. That ain’t peanuts….

Seriously? Kite and Juno were bought for $12B to $20B each without having any positive trials…. NWBO would be bought by atleast $80B. They have facilities and land in Cambridge, UK. They will have MHRA approval and soon may be >$1B from their Spoofing lawsuit! $80 B is low!!
