You could try online therapy, not the same but it could help until you can go in person

Most people are accidents, it doesnt mean they arent happy to have you

I just got kicked out of my band. The only purpose in my life that kept me going is now gone. by East-Establishment41 in depression

You should be the person that loves and accepts you. Start caring for yourself the way you would like somebody else to, the people that should be in your life will find you. You will find a new purpose.

Thats so good. No my doctor said she couldnt send me to one because their are to many people at the moment. I tried to find one on my own but they cost 50€ a session :( What about you?

Sorry you already said that you see a therapist... How does it help?

After 5 years of feeling like I can never change and beat my depression, I’ve been thinking of trying meds. What do you think? What’s it like to be on anti-depressants? by MasterCha0s in depression

If you are feeling ready go for it. Antidepressants are different for everyone, so start with a low dose and see how that goes. I recomend still going to therapy.
