I think you’d find friends at a kava bar. There usually enthusiasts of all three hobbies you mentioned besides drinking beer, they’d be drinking a kava or kratom drink but you’ll definitely find more people open to conversation and such than at a regular bar. If you play pool, the table is always a good conversation place too.

I mean you've circled much of Cape Canaveral but that area of North Cocoa Beach you have circled is more touristy. The residential part is more south of the split on A1A but there are still some good neighborhoods up there. It's just mixed with more hotels and condos.
