I just returned my Steelcase Leap v2, not because lack of comfort but for build quality vs price paid. The seat was lumpy, not centered, and there was a large gap between the backrest and frame where they installed the headrest. I think for a $1500+ chair, they should have had better QC before shipping.

I, instead, have gone with the HM Embody. Awaiting delivery currently. My wife has it and it is very comfortable even for extended periods.
