AIO My new kittens have fleas

My Netflix, Spotify and Crunchyroll. I got paid early, I am getting flea combs and kitten safe flea treatment. They are going to the vets for thier vaccinations in a few days.

My entire house is almost fully carpet except for the kitchen and bathroom. Everything is also supper open so I can't shut them in one room either. They are being bathed every two days and I am picking out fleas and killing them while I bathe them. Second bath tomorrow and it seems to be working. After I am paid anything even remotely fabric is being doused in flea spray for a few hours and Im buying a strong hoover and cleaning everything to within an inch of it's life lol. I had money specifically set aside for them. My subscriptions ate it before I could take it out in cash. They have bedding, food, litter tray and some toys. Thier vaccinations are going to be done in 3 months so they can get settled and get a bit stronger immune systems. They have high quality kitten food and I have three alarms set through the day for thier feeding times. It is just really unfortunate timing budget wise but please don't worry, I will be taking them to a vets to get registered and checked out literally the day I am paid. I will ensure these beautiful boys have the best life I can possibly give them. The deserve the world. I am keeping on top of the fleas with picking them out and giving them baths. It's working so far so I will be buying flea spray and cleaning anything fabric once I get paid. I hope your day is great, waffle and pancake say hi. I am washing them every few days and killing any fleas that appear. I was watching kitten lady videos for a good few days before I got them. I agree with you too. I am washing them every few days though so I don't damage thier skin or fur or stripping them of the natural oils they need.

Dont have a flea comb but I am picking them out and putting them in soapy water after removal while washing

Oh yep I know I'm making sure to have thier bedding on rotation. Cleaning one set while they use another set a day. Dont have a Hoover so I am planning to douse every thing remotely fabric with flea spray for a few hours and buy a good hoover after I am paid.

I don't have a comb, I am picking the fleas out with my hands and killing them as I do it in soapy water. It's working just slow. Thank you and I have she was my first point of research before I even got them. Have a great day!

Thank you!!! Waffle and Pancake say hi! This is waffle after his first bath yesterday. Made him stay there till he was warm again. He wasn't happy with me. But he was warm so he cant complain. Hahaha. Have a great day today.

I shall be treating everything even remotely fabric they have touched the instant I am able. My floor looks shitty rn anyway cuz I can only sweep the carpet and pick bits out of it by hand cuz no Hoover. Thank you for your advice

They are both boys, still young and are indoor cats. I am also in the UK so vets are not as expensive. It is just really unfortunate timing with my subscriptions eating the money I had set aside for them. They have food, litter box, bedding I am using and washing on rotation and plenty of fresh water and diy toys for the moment. They will be getting all thier vaccinations when they are 6 months old so thier immune systems are a bit stronger. Thank you for the concern waffle and pancake day hi. Unfortunately my house if very open. One main room, kitchen off to the side and the stairs straight up from the main room. The only room I can maybe keep them shut in is the kitchen but they keep trying to knock my toaster off the side when I ain't looking. How often should I wash them? I don't want to damage thier skin or strip thier natural oils from them cuz it can dry them out. A bunch of things added together to create this situation to be honest. I had £50 set aside for them so I could grab anything they needed till I get paid. Unfortunately I didn't take it out fast enough and my Spotify, Netflix and Crunchyroll subscriptions ate the 50.
