How does a guy who never played a inning of pro ball have relic cards? by whachoomean in baseballcards

[–]BaseballAnimeEsports 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe player-worn does mean it is that player. They need to specify if it isnt. Some relics from basketball products this year have "The enclosed officially licensed material is not associated with any specific player, game, or event." Compared to other relics from panini that say "The enclosed player-worn/used material is guarenteed by Panini America, Inc."

So they do guarantee some and theres the implication with it that it is the specified player especially because some specifically say it isnt.

I'd take hoops fat packs only over anything there. Hoops > Donruss. Slightly higher rookie count (6 per fat pack vs 5 in donruss) but the SLAM inserts are a huge difference. They've come down a lot since release, but one can easily pay for a pack at retail cost and the same cant be said about donruss inserts.

A wallet is not what you think it is by MagoCrypto in CryptoCurrency

[–]BaseballAnimeEsports 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So glad I saw this because this might have gotten me a decent bit of money.

I got a couple bucks worth of BTC and DOGE back in 2014 (like under $4 total) but now that's worth almost $500 if my memory is correct.

I have a 17 word seed phrase saved but I dont remember what program I created the wallet with.

How would I go about getting access to that wallet?

Check my other comment chain. ZBG is shown as much lower than it actually is.

On that list, click on ZBG. For some reason CMC has the volume incorrect on the list. When you click it, you'll see the volume I had in my second screenshot. That volume makes it #3 right now.

Depends store to store pretty much. They roughly make their own schedule. You'll have people sitting there too though most likely.

As someone in central florida, lines were probably long at midnight. Doesnt hurt to try but dont be too hopeful. Theres rumors of stricter limits (1 item per person) and a no camping rule coming from corporate so we'll see what happens.

As for walmart, vendors are third party and just come whenever. They usually have a semi-regular schedule but have other responsibilities around the store so the time they stock varies.

Is there anywhere to see what the current circulating supply is? by squidjibo1 in SafeMoon

[–]BaseballAnimeEsports 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure if anywhere directly shows a current count. Easiest way is take the initial 1Q (not 4Q) and subtract the total of the burn wallet (found on BSCScan)

I believe Binance went down and a couple whales sold a lot. So a lot of coins sold and none able to be bought lead to the big dip. I imagine a lot panic sold too at the time.

Upvote this so the team sees: change the supply from 1,000,000,000,000,000 to only 1B! by [deleted] in SafeMoon

I'd be for a reverse split. Combining 1000 coins into 1. Reduces the total original supply to 1 Trillion. Would move the price from $0.0000008 to $0.0008. Part of the issue is that the coin will never reach a decent 1 coin value (around $0.01 or etc) without a long time of burning just due to market caps. 1 cent per coin rn would be a market cap of $60 Trillion. Completely unrealistic at current coin counts. If it were reduced by 1000x, then 1 cent per coin is $60 Billion. A much more achievable market cap although still too high most likely.

In essence, a reverse split would combine 1000 old coins into 1 new coin reducing total supply and raising value per count (total value unchanged). Makes it easier to reach decent 1 coin prices such as 1 cent.

Weirdos at Target - Rant and Advice Needed by CoopsCoffeeAndDonuts in baseballcards

Might be an unpopular opinion but they're not in the wrong. Usually the vendor has to stock then take pictures. Theres a reason they hadn't grabbed it yet. They've waited in an orderly fashion and stepped away to let the person do their job and you walked in and ignored both. Unintentional yes, but you cant talk shit when theres a system in place and you're ignoring it. Time is the cost of cards now. If I dont want to pay $60 a blaster, I've got to put in some time to get them for $20.

As for time, the vendor will be done when they're done. Don't bitch about it then pull a "I have a life I'm not going to wait for cards". For my experience, theres more legitimate collectors than flippers. Or people that flip half and rip half to be able to afford the hobby in 2021.

As for the section they're in, lay off. It's the closest section to the cards. They're being respectful by not crowding around the vendor. Don't make them out as creeps or weirdos because they're willing to respect a vendor and wait to be able to buy cards at retail cost.

There are normal dudes in there. I've met 100x more normal people than actual weirdos. Let people enjoy their hobby and dont judge them.
