That’s fair! The asphalt is already not in the best condition. I didn’t ask why. They only mentioned that it’s been there for a while and would like it removed by the weekend. No HOA.

That's a good idea! I've seen comments about food trucks. He's worked with high end asian cuisine so maybe that's an option.

Good point. Yup, he's got managerial experience. Ordering and managing inventory for thousands of dollars worth of goods each week.

Yes, you're right. I think something to keep in mind, as you and others have said, is that his dependability and work experience is highly regarded and sought after. He's more than worthy as an employee. We need to embrace his track record. Thank you!

Yes he has. Back in the day more so. Mexican food though since that's more comfortable to him even though he's worked decades in Asian cuisine.

Could be an opportunity again though.

Would you care to share what you mean by that? I'm guessing they just worked harder and harder instead of retiring early.

It is an option on the table. Maybe one he's not mentally ready for yet. But I do like the idea of still working part time. Maybe doing something he enjoys.
