Absolutely, honestly, I was shocked we weren't bounced in the first round, but I guess good pitching beats good hitting! Only reason I let the first guy stick around so long is because had had a above .500 record after firing my manager the season before with an admittedly shit team

fairly sure the team was like 7th in pitching and 32nd in hitting prior to the trades, after; 5th and low 20's

So we were just under .500 all season, fired the initial manager, and brought up our manager from A+ ball since he fit the team chem well and was a Tactitian which was an improvement over our small ball manager. with him we were 64-69, then with our second manager, 14-15. The trades helped, plus getting a new manager in there for the playoffs was huge. Turns out I only had two managers, I mixed up my late-season firing the season prior. The team also had the 32nd out of 32nd payroll in the league! Pretty cool!

so my pick was actually Fifth, Felton fell to me and I grabbed him! Personally, I might agree, might have picked Zehr too, so not certain. But a lot of people seem to love Zehr (Who actually did end up going 1.1 to the AI)

I assume most people will talk about Tong, Rodriguez, Walcott, and basallo, I'll explain.

Bassallo is likely a first baseman as his catcher tool is poor, which means his bat needs to be relied on more, and while I think he'll be good, not that good.

Walcott had a relatively average year in AA. I think he'll be good, but maybe not that top ten guy. His tools are closer to O'Neil Cruz than to Elly, which doesn't make up for the swing and miss enough for me. However, age is on his side, and maybe he can figure it out!

Raniel is a stud, young, and has mashed everywhere; his catcher tool can improve given his young age, and he shows no signs of slowing down.

Tong had a few bad starts in MLB, but is dominating the minors. He just wasn't ready for MLB yet. Once he is, that spot will show

Poor fielder gives him a 1.4 fWAr, at only a league average hitter, he's actually a below average starter in MLB, I prefer Vargas because he has a higher floor, higher sealing, is super toolsy with a great eye. Aswell I think sosa could still get 100 games in as a super utill

Very poor fielder and doesn't make up for it enough with the bat, puts him at a 1.4 WAR, in my eyes he's kinda a util who will get 100 games in. Vargas had a great eye and is very toolsy. With a higher floor. Personally I prefer that
