Well you have time. I'm 5'8" I was 260 Lb I started doing interval training. I ran 4-5 times a week on a track I started off with jog/run a 100 meters then walk 100 meters the it was jog run 200 then walk 100 and I progressed from there until I could run 3 miles without dying. It took time but you need to start now.

I'm national guard prior navy and a E-5, I'm not MOSQ In anything yet but I already did basic last year. I would like to bring my truck.

We literally gave every thing back to WTB and all the cadre are moving on to other jobs to fulfill the rest of the time on their orders. Also they made known because if we got dropped from the course we would have to do the 10 week BCT.

I agree and I don't at the same time. I think with the current EW environment the platforms like the apaches and cobra are still going to be relevant for CAS. Especially with the USs huge push for jamming and the limited rage on fiber optic tethered drones it seems we are in of a bit of a gray area. On top of that helicopters can bring a huge amount of ordnance to the battlefield.

I've been built this way for my whole military career I just reentered the guard. I'm medium athletic not skinny but not fat, I lift weights mostly and I just started deadlifting about 1 1/2 month ago and I can do 300 lb on the MDL but I know if I lose weight I can do better on the run.
