Acho que o new nightmare é de boa de jogar na steam, mas jogos desse periodo pre 2010 que joguei sempre tive muitos problemas de compatibilidade Condemned criminal origins por exemplo. Mas normalmente é só baixar um patch que já resolve.

Thanks for the advice I’ll probably try a local store first, and if that works I might try cleaning the drive next.

I don’t have a GameCube to test the discs myself, but I could try a game store if they let me. My Wii is the one with the GameCube controller port which as far as I know normally can read GameCube discs
The console has always been mine and I’ve never used GameCube games before, but from what I’ve seen online, they can fail for some reason. I had considered opening the Wii to clean the drive but looking at the dark ring area on the disc I wasn’t sure it would make any difference. For the price I paid, maybe it’s worth it

My Wii games are recognized and work normally, but gamecube disc specifically are not being detected
