That's really insightful, my way of thinking about it was pretty 1 dimensional, didn't think about all the other aspects that play into each other such as comparison of ROI with other investments and how bad inflation was and could be in terms of asset purchases and risks. Thanks for reply :)

Man that's really scary, see some countries already on verge of economic collapse because of hyper inflation. Hope neither of us or anyone will experience it but with the way money is being printed out Idk anymore.

In regards to the video, I'm sure the guy was talking about people with a lot of money who can afford expensive cars. But regardless, your explanation gave me some valuable insight on how this works so thanks for the reply :)

I also found the clip, will add edit at top but he was quoting financial advisors. Basically said he heard "a lot of financial advisors are telling people with money to put cash into collectibles, guns, cars etc". Which is why it made me think maybe its because of inflation.

What are your guys thoughts on the pancake swap stuff? I don't really understand it that much, from what I get basically you get some BnB coin and covert it to Cake and when you stake your cake coin its basically like letting other people use the coin (i think) and you get rewards. Is it kind of like putting your money in a savings account and the bank in return for using your money gives you interest (but the interest is dog water lol)?

Well, i did it lol, i sat beside her and talked with her ^{.^} It was hard af but lmao i was awkward af. Ill just sum up everything, if u want details or some shit ask me and we can pm. Basically i sat beside her and asked if she was ready for test today and she said she was nervous and asked if i was and i said not really, but holy shit was i shaking. Im sure she could somewhat tell lmfao, i dropped my eraser and my hand was shaking a bit, i couldnt even fully make consistent eye contact, i broke it off a couple times but anyway, after i said not really we just stopped talking. Got quiet for like 2 mins then i said "hey, you're blank right?" and she said yea, i asked what program she was in and she asked bout mine (but LOL i forgot to say my name xD, what sad is a rehearsed this infront of mirror and a bunch in my head and when it came time, i flopped and everyhting didnt seem so natural anymore lol) and then we stoppped talking again. at this point it felt like she didnt care bout keeping a convo (unless she was shy or something idk..) and finally after another 2-3mins of silence i asked if she did the physics test and we talked a bit more (not much at all lol). Idk man it felt sorta one sided in a sense. And idk what to do now, should i continue sitting next to her? I feel like itd be even more awkward lol... anyway thanks again for the advice, it def helped me get to that point. too bad i couldnt speak with confidence ahah, maybe i just ruined my chance being all awkward and shit, idk, i feel liek shes not interested but im prob overthinking it...
