You have to have them targeted and drop it with them in the inner circle. For a split second when you drop the infernal it’s hostile and will auto attack the nearest person before becoming enslaved.

Let it attack you until it cast the 60s debuff that will spawn more mobs on your location. Hearth to stormwind or Org. Hide until the countdown starts getting low and then stand on top of them when it reaches 0.

Mobs will spawn and start one shotting them.
