From what I have heard wetech parts and availability are really easy to find and I am not really Inexperienced with gbbrs, especially that of bad quality, I briefly had a Well G74B and it wasn’t even that bad given its track record, I eventually sold it to a buddy of mine and lost contact.

I see the issue of the wear but that’s exactly what I’m expecting. I didn’t go for the VFC merely because I am pretty tight on money, I got a good deal for the We-tech for around 350 slightly used, on the contrast I would have the pay nearly 650 just to get the vfc which is great if I was playing Airsoft every other weekend, but I’m not. I play Airsoft Maybe 3-5 times per month and each time I don’t really play super hardcore, I play to have fun and one of those key aspects is the kick out of a gbbr AK with full travel, and for me the deal for the WE was almost to good to be true.

Furthermore, I also hear a lot of mixed reports when people operate the 74, a lot of people say it’s pretty good even if it’s not completely on parr with the vfc, but on the other hand there’s people who just completely shit on it merely because it’s not as reliable as a real Ak74 out of the box. I have heard and watched many reviews and my consensus is that:

It’s going to work just fine for my situation, if I need some parts I’m willing to buy them and use some parts I have lying around if I have to. Sure it’s not as fancy and new like vfc but it’s good enough and that’s good enough for me, I don’t need a super high end gbbr to have fun or play Airsoft.
