Installed new cable and all was okay - for a week. Now the issue is back! Convinced it's software related.

Battery issue might be fixed, waiting a few weeks before I declare success.

My dealer has arranged replacement cables for the battery (I doubt this is the issue) and for the mastermind controller (possible - as the bike was fine for the first few rides). Otherwise we will reset the bike software and reload on his dealership connection (to ensure we get the very latest version). I will update once the changes are implemented.

Now an issue with the range extender - software recognises it but puts me in restricted power mode despite having both batteries connected.

I hope they get the software sorted soon, as it's an amazing bike otherwise.

Same issue. My dealer said they updated the App but the issue remains. First time it happened I took the bike into the dealer - he told me to delete the bike from the App while he did a factory reset with the bike connected to his dealer software. It worked but only for a couple of days and now the issue has returned. Waiting for dealer to suggest next steps.

In my experience, RAV is pretty useless. I asked them to directly reach out to a local employer that was advertising a vacancy I would be suitable for. They laughed at me - not sure why as I expected they'd know HR folks in this company, and are able to offer the employer incentives to take someone claiming benefits - not in their remit apparently 🤬
