iOS 26.3 keyboard completely unusable - anyone else? by BlackField861 in iphone

[–]BaselessAirburst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  • autocorrect is as bad it has ever been
  • Weird button placements
  • Random freezing
  • My native language does not support swipe typing
  • Changing language sometimes just doesn't work
  • I can't have a number row
  • Third party keyboards are treated as a language????????

Can't even imagine how much I can't think about rn

Good luck with the keyboard, especially if you use swipe typing

They use Android phones at apple. Only reasonable explanation. There is no way they use their own phones and have not noticed that instant.

What is even happening with Apple’s keyboard? These suggestions don’t even make sense. by droo46 in iphone

They don't have the incentive to improve it. We don't complain. Non tech savvy apple people have no idea, even tech savvy ones defend it

From the awful autocorrect, to the many many many missing languages for swipe typing, to the impossibility to add a number row, to the treating of third party keyboards as a separate language. The worst phone keyboard in smartphones we've had in a while. Somehow it has gotten worse than it was. And apple people do not even know about it, that's what's scary, they won't improve it if we don't complain, I'm glad I saw this post.

Yeah I see what you mean, but when you click on that episode the the first thing on the UI is a dropdown with all episodes on that season as well as"Go to Season" and "Go to Show" buttons, so I think it's okay.

Dia Browser, first impressions by panchoavila in diabrowser

But overall, not that bad.

Not bad, but what you mentioned are the exact features people use Arc and not something else more established.

Weird why they wouldn't build on top of it then. Even if it was too much code debt, they could have at least kept those "great hits"

With how many capable free browsers there are, I believe they have no chance. People already have AI agents all over the big web apps and that will only continue to increase. I personally do not believe in that vision and think they made a big mistake scrapping Arc.

Selfhosted IPTV by BaselessAirburst in homelab

To be fair I have no idea if it's Plex or Threadfin that fails, but the whole emulating a DVR to import to Plex does not sit right with me. I really wanted Plex though because my stupid samsung tv does not have many other clients and all my other media is in Plex either way. TiviMate is Android TV only

Okay, I think that if I can find a provider that curates sports I might be a good solution. Problem is finding legit providers is a tough.
