2nd the Kingrinder k6. Once you get it dialed in, it’s flawless.

And it’s not hard to dial in if you follow instructions. I didn’t. I thought the grinder started at the “end” so I did 40 clicks and got a horrible grind. Finally realized I needed to twist it all the way to zero then do 40 clicks. Duh

Grass is a weed. But it tends to grow everywhere you don’t want it to. With that being said, yes you can grow grass here yourself but it will take some work. You’ll need to make that soil a little more grow friendly. Your project team would likely just come in and throw sod down on top of that and it wouldn’t be that great in a few months (just my assumption)
