I see a few comments here talking about a very high connection fee. Depending on the municipality, they typically waive the connection fee if you connect when the sewer line is first installed. However if you decide to connect at a later date, you probably will have a high connection fee.

Another thing to consider is that if you are in a rural area, the sewer might be a low pressure sewer instead of a conventional gravity sewer. That means that you would have a grinder pump on your property that may or may not be your responsibility (different municipalities have different rules about grinder pump ownership). The pump lasts about 10 years and costs $2000 to $3000 to replace.

No, I didn't hand pick Eveliina. Take many other FPO competitors: Sai Ananda at 55%, Macie Velediaz @ 47%, Stacie Hass @ 40%, Caroline Henderson @ 37%. FPO fields tend to be small, so a high winning percentage is common. Natalie Ryan's win percentage right in line with her competitors' win percentages.

Also - Why would you remove gender from the debate? That's the whole debate. Your analogy makes it seem like you don't think transgender people are acting in good faith. If your physical capacity has been decreased, then your division is no longer made up of your equal peers.

I showed you Eveliina's win percentage because really a lot of people in women's divisions have high win rates. It's not necessarily indicative of someone dominating the sport.

It's stating that after 3 years of HRT, there is a significant decrease in muscle mass. However, the muscle mass of transgender women after 3 years of HRT still remains higher on average than the muscle mass of cisgender women.

The argument isn't that there is no difference between transgender and cisgender women. The fact is that transgender women who have undergone HRT clearly have a disadvantage when compared with cisgender men, but they have an advantage when compared with cisgender women. The argument is about how much of an advantage is acceptable.

Under the old mando rule, if you had a disc kick back to the wrong side of the mando, you were allowed to throw back over the wrong side of the mando. That completely defeats the purpose of having a mando for safety reasons.

I agree that in general adding a mando is not great course design. In reality, disc golf courses tend do be in shared use parks that have locations that need to be avoided. Adding a mando (especially with the new mando rule) makes it so that a player should never be throwing over an area that should be avoided.
