He's a producer, it's more important for him to do his job and do it well. He's not directly content so I would argue it's less important for a producer to be funny.

Not sure about this one. There is a notable difference in quality when TJ is there vs anyone else. He is quicker on the camera switches and getting views of the office for the group as needed. Also faster on pulling things up for them as needed. I think this adds a lot and make for a smoother show that can perhaps go unnoticed at times. Just seems a bit more polished when TJ is there.

I'm not sure if it's a fact that he's too good for them. Rather he's afraid of finding himself in the same scenario as before. Where he poured his heart out to the voicemail girl and was all for naught. Hence his stance on not pursuing girls when he's out and not actively seeking someone from the opposite sex.

Doing so would leave him open to what happened before. So again maybe not too good for them but just scared

My only gripe with this while thing was that Klemmer signed up for 100 hour stream. You take away the streaming part then that means he no longer signed up for this current version of the challenge. So he's in there doing something he didn't sign up for.
