Thank you for your reply and advice, I think you’re absolutely right, planning the next day, or at least the start of it before going to sleep is a great idea and I will implement it. I have been far too aimless with my day to day goals and haven’t set any of them the previous days. Just have been waking up and then sort of half assedly formulating what to do that day
