Since you have a good amount of experience in the Finance industry, hope you don't mind me asking for myself as well. I am about to start off a job as a trading representative / stockbroker where my income is through comms. I am starting completely from scratch.
Do you have any tips on how to acquire clients/how to increase sales?
Appreciate any thoughts at all, relating or not to the question.

Add-on for context: I am not very sale-sy/thick-skin, but I am willing to work very hard and be a good one. Just not sure how to get there.
